Charmaine Newman

Charmaine has over 10 years of experience managing long term rentals in PA. She is licensed as a local Realtor and has a firm understanding of rentals in Monroe County and what strategies work best for every personality type. As the Risk Manager she manages the paperwork for our long term renters as well as transaction coordination for the sales organization.

Brittany Bailey

Brittany Bailey has joined us to manage all Short Term Rentals. She brings with her a lifetime of experience as a local and 4 years of experience hosting and managing short term rentals prior to joining GMG. Brittany has a talent for organization and a vision for the potential of rentals that is a real asset in management. She's open 24/7 to guests and emergencies.

John Geldert

John Geldert is the Founder and managing partner of GMG Investment Properties. Prior to going full time into real estate investing he was involved in the construction industry for over 22 years. He started buying single family homes in 2003 and is now focused on value-add multi family. John currently owns 85 doors and is an LP in another 460 units and has been successful in executing over $15 million in Real Estate transactions in his personal portfolio. John’s passion for Real Estate has existed since he was a young boy. His perseverance and dedication to succeed along with always providing excellent services to the community has made him a successful business owner. Along with being a Real Estate Investor he is the proud father of two girls and owner/operator of GMG Inspections, a licensed Home Inspection company established in 2013.

Steven M

Steve is our Head of Maintenance and Renovations. If there is something that needs done, then he knows who can do it, or he does it himself. Steve is a true Jack of All Trades, and a loyal friend. Nikki M

Nikki runs our cleaning business. She has proven to be resourceful, smart, innovative, and reliable. With her abundant experience in the industry and attention to detail she is very familiar with standards and guest expectations as she stages your home with care and consistency. She manages a crew of 4 cleaners.

Geneva B

Gen makes a hobby out of overcoming challenges. She excels at every project she's given and is the best brainstormer you've ever met. Geneva brings passion and perseverance to every task for the benefit of our shared mission. Geneva leads the community management division and assists in every other part of the team.

Ward S

Ward is our fantastic in-house Accountant and a valued addition to our team. He oversees collection or rents, invoicing, accounts receivable, and anything else that requires that numbers be calculated and accurately portrayed. Ward has decades of experience accounting for large corporations in NYC, but loves his family life here in the Poconos.

Jason F

Jason Flores is our leasing agent who will communicate with every applicant the opportunities before them and show them the units they are qualified to be accepted for. Jason is a Realtor and graduated from a local high school. We can ensure your listing will get attention from our motivated leasing agent Jason.

Cleaning Crew

These 5 hardworking ladies are constantly reevaluating their techniques to consistently do a better job of making sure our houses are perfect 5 star clean. Nikki manages them and retrains them, so you know their standard has to be excellence.
