Steve is our Head of Maintenance and Renovations. If there is something that needs done, then he knows who can do it, or he does it himself. Steve is a true Jack of All Trades, and a loyal friend. Gen makes a hobby out of overcoming challenges. She excels at every project she's given and is the best brainstormer you've ever met. Geneva brings passion and perseverance to every task for the benefit of our shared mission. Geneva leads the community management division and assists in every other part of the team.

Ward S

Ward is our fantastic in-house Accountant and a valued addition to our team. He oversees collection or rents, invoicing, accounts receivable, and anything else that requires that numbers be calculated and accurately portrayed. Ward has decades of experience accounting for large corporations in NYC, but loves his family life here in the Poconos.

These 5 hardworking ladies are constantly reevaluating their techniques to consistently do a better job of making sure our houses are perfect 5 star clean. Nikki manages them and retrains them, so you know their standard has to be excellence.
