Labor Rates (no property management agreement)
Skilled tradesmen

Per hour for tasks which require experience and training similar to electrician, plumber, HVAC, painter, drywall repair, roof repair, and more.
Machine Operator Labor

Per hour for tasks which require the presence of heavy machinery. This could include moving earth, rocks, grading driveways, and digging. Using heavy machinery presents a higher risk of property damage and the machines are prone to expensive maintenance.
General Labor

Per hour for tasks which most adults could do such as clean-outs, cleaning, helping a skilled painter, helping an electrician or plumber, sanding, prepping, demolition, and general landscaping.

If we need to call an outside supplier, vendor, installer, or repairman who does not have an affiliation with GMG. For example, Stanley Steemer may clean your carpets and you may pay them directly, but if you want us to pay them then this fee will apply for credit.

Terms and Conditions
The minimum charge for a site visit is 1 hour of labor. We no longer charge for travel time to the property and we no longer charge miles to go to your job site. For normal working hours the time starts being charged when we arrive at your property or when we get to the gate, in some circumstances. If we need to leave your site to get materials and supplies the time continues adding up. It is our commitment to you that we are not charging two customers for the same trip to the store or wasting time with a lunch break and billing you for it.
The dump trailer used to be 10x6, but the new one is 12x7 so the amount that can fit inside is significantly more. Dump runs will continue to be charged at a fraction of a full dump run if your property clean out does not fill it.
Machine rentals or Machine fees will apply whether we own the equipment or rent the equipment. The machine rental fee applies in addition to the operator labor and is either a half day or a full day. Inquire to the rates prior to scheduling service.
Skilled or general labor applies based on the technician who is available to respond to your requested service not to the type of work that is to be completed.
