Labor Rates (no property management agreement)
Skilled tradesmen

Machine Operator Labor

Per hour for tasks which require the presence of heavy machinery. This could include moving earth, rocks, grading driveways, and digging. Using heavy machinery presents a higher risk of property damage and the machines are prone to expensive maintenance.
General Labor

Per hour for tasks which most adults could do such as clean-outs, cleaning, helping a skilled painter, helping an electrician or plumber, sanding, prepping, demolition, and general landscaping.

If we need to call an outside supplier, vendor, installer, or repairman who does not have an affiliation with GMG. For example, Stanley Steemer may clean your carpets and you may pay them directly, but if you want us to pay them then this fee will apply for credit.

Terms and Conditions
The minimum charge for a site visit is 1 hour of labor. We no longer charge for travel time to the property and we no longer charge miles to go to your job site. For normal working hours the time starts being charged when we arrive at your property or when we get to the gate if registration is required. If we need to leave your site to get materials and supplies the time continues adding up. It is our commitment to you that we are not charging two customers for the same trip to the store or wasting time with a lunch break and billing you for it. However, the state of Pennsylvania does have employment laws we must follow. If any single worker is on your job site for more than 7 hours they will get a half hour mid day for lunch and may take 10 minute breaks every 2 hours. They are instructed to take their lunch break mid day between job sites, but if they are on your job site for the majority of the day with no opportunity for breaks we would be in violation of PA Law.
The dump trailer used to be 10x6, but the new one is 12x7 so the amount that can fit inside is significantly more. Dump runs will continue to be charged at a fraction of a full dump run if your property clean out does not fill it.
Machine rentals or Machine fees will apply whether we own the equipment or rent the equipment. The machine rental fee applies in addition to the operator labor and is either a half day or a full day. Inquire to the rates prior to scheduling service.
Skilled or general labor applies based on the technician who is available to respond to your requested service not to the type of work that is to be completed.
There will be no refunds for work performed. Customers and clients may request we improve on something done, or return to do further work, but if the time has been spent or the job is substantially completed the customer or client accepts that the job must be paid for. For cleaning or maintenance services the customer is free at any time to discontinue services and to stop adding to their invoice with the exclusion of any ongoing financial obligations.
While we may offer to help you, or one of your associates to complete a task or project, we cannot offer a warranty on the work or any form of quality control as you or your associate are beyond our control. We reserve the right to decline to work alongside you or your associates.
